A modern writer that he did prefer was Samuel ‘Chip’ R. Delany, whose SF novels include Babel-17, Nova, and The Einstein Intersection, which won the Nebula Award in 1967. On display is the Ace first edition publication of The Einstein Intersection, with cover design by Jack Gaughan (1930-85).
