This is the first edition of the pharmacy magazine from students at the University of Otago. Student numbers were still small but had increased to an intake of 25. Although the title has changed over the years, a pharmacy student magazine has been produced every year from then until 2012. On the front cover is the word ‘pharmacokinetics’ which reflects some of the changing focus in the BPharm curriculum and the introduction of clinical pharmacy with its emphasis on the individual patient. Pharmacokinetics studies what happens to a drug in the body over a period of time.
