‘The swelling of the prostrate gland is a common issue for men today and is high on the Government’s health agenda. As is observed by John Hunter over 250 years ago, the swelling obstructs the flow of urine through the urethra; the incidences increase with ageing; and this frequently leads to bladder infection.
