Abstract

Nadia Lim (b. 1985) was born in Auckland, and spent time growing up in both New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Lim always knew she wanted to do something with food, and she graduated from the University of Otago in 2008 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition, and a PGDip in Dietetics. After winning the second series of MasterChef New Zealand in 2011, her first cookbook, Nadia’s Kitchen, came out in 2012. In total, Lim has produced six cookbooks. She is one of the founders of the food delivery companies and meal providers, My Food Bag, Bargain Box, Fresh Start, and Made. Her self-titled magazine, Nadia, was first published in October 2016.
