Abstract
The photograph is a reminder that the Victorian pharmacy was a colourful place, something which is easily missed when all nineteenth century photographs are black and white. It is from the book Victorian Pharmacy which is based on the British television series of the same name. For this historical documentary, a complete and working Victorian pharmacy was recreated, allowing for a range of full colour photographs to be taken.
